What is with this crazy, full on energy this year? It seems to be a constant stream of planetary alignments, full moons, energy upgrades, portal openings. And I don’t know about you, but i’m starting to feel exhausted and a little over it!

It feels like we have been on an energy rollercoaster that has no end.

The best way I know how to add more sparkle to your day, inject more fun and love into your waking hours, create more clarity and focus all while improving your general wellbeing and health is to raise your vibration.

If you want to live the best life you can and make the world a better place, the best thing you can do is raise your vibration. When you raise your vibration not only do you create your reality the way you want it to be, but you also make a positive impact by radiating positive energy out into the world.

Here are my favourite 7 ways to easily raise your vibration:

  1. Go Outside
    I love just taking off my shoes and walking in the grass. Connect to mother earth and allow her to support you and you will instantly feel your energy rise.

2. Let in more light
My favourite is to visualise a gold stream of light coming in through my crown chakra and filling my entire body with golden sparkles!

3. Do Something You Absolutely Love
When you feel happy your vibration automatically matches your joy. Draw, sing, cook whatever it is that takes you to your happy place.

4. Practice Gratitude
Making a gratitude list shifts your vibration from focusing on what you don’t have to what is already abundant in your life. You might just find that there is more to be grateful for than you  imagined.

5. Meditate
Just 10 minutes of meditation a day will radically change your vibration, mood and day. If meditation isn’t your thing, try taking multiple mindful moments throughout your day. Simply stop for 30 seconds and take in your surroundings, be present and breathe.

6. Play Happy Music
Put on your favourite playlist and let yourself get be lifted up by your favourite sounds. You can even go one step further and listen to Solfeggio healing frequencies.

7. Get Your Blood Pumping
Vibration requires movement so get your body moving. Do yoga, dance, swim, row, run! It doesn’t matter what you do, it just matters that you do something!
